Deep Water Running for DFMC!
Deep water running is a good alternative workout for those suffering from ITB syndrome and other running-related injuries. It's also great for cross training!
Jack Fultz has volunteered to coach two back-to-back deep water running workouts for the DFMC team!
When: Wednesday, January 28, 2009 from 6-7pm and 7-8pm
Where: Evelyn Kirrane Aquatics Center, 60 Tappan Street, Brookline, MA (Parking available ... and it's a 2 minute walk from the Brookline Hills T-Stop on the D-Line)
Cost: $25 for a one-hour session (includes one hour of pool time, coaching, and belt rental)
*Participants will also be entered into an opportunity drawing to win a FREE 3-month membership at the Beacon Hill Athletic Club. (Fair market value: $177).
